Our Approach to Healing

At The Embodied Path, we believe that healing is a journey that requires a holistic approach. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

I believe in the power and sacredness of the therapeutic relationship. Let’s be honest, being human can be hard. My approach to therapy involves being with you in all of your humanness.

The process towards wholeness involves reclaiming what may have been lost, denied or buried away, and realizing new and unexplored parts of oneself. In working with me, your story, your needs, your darkest hours and brightest moments take center stage.

While it may seem paradoxical, I believe that being accepted for who we are right now, as we are, allows us to move towards who we want to be.
